概述: 莊園主 Orlando Ospina 以太太為名的浪漫莊園 Finca LA MARÍA 位於 La Mesa , Cundinamarca ，離首都波哥大不遠 ，海拔1660 – 1750 m.a.s.l.，以種植高品質的 Geisha以及Castillo ，處理法以日曬為主，曾在2017年哥倫比亞C.O.E卓越杯(Cup of Excellence)獲得第二名的佳績。由於莊園內以微批次和高單價品種 Geisha 為主，在採收熟果時分外重要，因為女性工作者在採收時特別的細心，他們也多雇用女性，摘採成熟的果實後第一步放入水中將浮豆去除，然後倒入棚架上再次人工篩選熟果，篩選完的高品質咖啡櫻桃放入桶中靜置發酵24小時，最後依天氣狀況放置於非洲棚架上或是機器乾燥。

風味特色: 紹興酒、覆盆莓、杏桃。乾香氣有著奔放的紹興酒香， 入口後伴隨著杏桃的甜感以及，茉莉花香。溫度稍微下降後，莓果調性明顯，伴隨著伯爵茶的尾韻。
