General Description: Finca La Bandita is located in San Adofo (San Adofo) in the southern province of Vila. The estate is about 1,620 meters above sea level. Due to intense rainfall for much of the year and the high level of moisture, that can have a negative effect on flavor, the beans undergo a triple fermentation wet process followed by sun-drying in order to maximize its positive flavor characteristics.
