概述: 檸檬、花(茉莉花、咖啡花、野薑花、梔子花等)、蜜是水洗衣索比亞精品咖啡最經典的風味元素。在衣索比亞南部地區的咖啡，長期種植的多數是古優原生種和傳統的阿拉比卡咖啡品種。

該批次通過水洗處理法 (水果皮和果肉在乾燥前被除去)。用這種處理法的衣索比亞南部咖啡通常表現出很高香氣和層次威，特別強調花香。

Nora在衣索比亞指的是檸檬/萊姆，Mare則是蜂蜜，合而為一的Morea就是檸檬蜂蜜。音譯的茉莉雅，巧妙結合了第三個花的風味元素，恰如其分的展現了這支產品想要表現的風格。

Morea處理廠雖然很小，但眾所周知可以增加所有這些特色風味。

這咖啡有紅糖的甜味，帶有橙花餘韻, 具有水洗西達摩咖啡的經典的橘子香氣。

General Description: Lemon, flowers (jasmine, wild ginger, gardenia, etc.), and honey are the most classic flavor elements of Ethiopian specialty coffee. Southern Ethiopia coffees like this one are produced from traditional, largely indigenous (heirloom) varieties of Arabica long grown in the region.

This lot was processed by the wet or washed method (fruit skin and pulp are removed before drying). Southern Ethiopia coffees processed this way typically show great aromatic complexity and intensity, with a particular emphasis on floral notes.

The name “Morea”  is a combination of the Ethiopian words “honey” and “lemon”, but also evokes the Mandarin word for “Jasmine”. The Morea washing station is quite small but known to bring out all of these characteristic flavor notes.

This resulting coffee has a brown sugar sweetness, with orange blossom finish. A great coffee to enjoy as a first coffee of the day!
