採用雙發酵創造出豐富味譜,搭配水洗結尾保持咖啡乾淨度及生豆結構,讓烘焙調整更貼近一般烘焙思維。有著熱帶水果、李子、榛果、產區巧克力的風味。

General Description: The coffee beans produced in the high mountains of Costa Rica are world-renown. Rich and mild in taste, they are generally somewhat acidic, with fruit notes.
Our beans are grown in fertile volcanic ash, at a mild temperature, with abundant rainfall. They are processed by double fermentation, which creates a richer taste spectrum, and this is matched with the washing end to maintain the cleanness of the coffee and the structure of the green beans, for later roasting.
These beans exhibit flavors of tropical fruits, plums, hazelnuts, and regional chocolates.
