我們認為好的淺烘焙首先必須要使用水份穩定密度高的優質生豆。每個烘焙批次皆以Diedrich IR-5烘豆機, 和透過Cropster智慧烘焙軟體記錄下來。我們喜歡以低焦糖化為前提發展出酸甜平衡, 口感豐潤, 尾韻柔順, 結構透明清楚的咖啡.

Using high-quality green beans with a stable moisture content,a Diedrich IR-5 roaster, and Cropster smart baking software, ADRC has concentrated on developing great light roasted beans with good sour-sweet balance on the premise of lower caramelization, rich texture, soft finish, and clarity.
