綠洲成立於2018年。當初創立Oasis Coffee Roasters，是因為我們想提供更高品質的咖啡給大眾消費者。綠洲盡可能地向國外生豆公司採購更新鮮，台灣市場更不常見的咖啡豆，並致力於發展咖啡烘焙與萃取的『科學系統』理論。讓每一個來綠洲的人，都能喝到咖啡中『明顯的甜感、溫柔上揚的酸值、以及每隻豆子獨特的產區風味』。

依著『綠洲 Oasis』本身的字義。我們創造了一個『Refresh』的空間，讓人可以在這個空間裡短暫的停留，得到充電，可以讓人更充滿力量的回到原本生活的節奏。

Opened in 2018 by Chu Yu-ta, a former barista at Rufous Coffee, Oasis Coffee Roasters strives to provide higher quality coffee to mass consumers.

Oasis purchases fresher and less common coffee beans from the world coffee market and is committed to developing the “scientific system” theory of coffee roasting and extraction. Let everyone who comes to the Oasis can drink the “clear sweetness, gentle rising acid value, and unique flavor of bean from each region” in the coffee”.
