General Description:
The Abad Family is a traditional coffee growing family in the region of Zamora, in both Chinchipe and Zumba, known in the region for their commitment to the industry. They began creating specialty coffees about 6 years ago. The “typica” beans used for this coffee are fully washed; then dry fermented for 24 hours, and put on raised beds for drying. The coffee has elegant plumeria floral notes, juicy citrus acidity and brown sugar sweetness.
