概述: 巴西這些年一直是全球阿拉比卡咖啡的產量居冠,大多數是以集團、超大型莊園的管理方式為主,行列式的咖啡樹栽種,一望無際的,數層樓高的水洗處理場,工業化的採收機器,已是巴西咖啡在許多人心中的樣貌。席拉朵米內羅地區(Cerrado Mineiro)位於巴西米納斯吉拉斯州(Minas Gerais State)的西北部,是當地公認的高品質咖啡生產地,也是第一個在巴西受到政府保護的產區(Protected Geographical Indication);該區的天候特點非常適合咖啡生長,季節分明,夏天潮濕且炎熱,冬天則轉變為乾燥舒適,許多咖啡園的種植地區海拔在800到1300公尺,以產量穩定、品質優異為聞名。
本款日曬黑鑽來自於席拉朵米內羅地區產區,並來自一個非常罕見的品種”阿凱亞”,其原意為圖皮 – 瓜拉尼語中大顆、優質、精品的水果,是新世界(Mundo Novo)品種的演化而來,擁有50%波旁(Bourbon)和50%提比卡(Typica)各半血統,樹形較容易受到陽光的均勻照射,更適合生長在席拉多產區,近幾年也開始出現在COE卓越杯競賽的場上。

General Description: Cerrado Mineiro, located in the northwestern Minas Gerais State, Brazil, is a locally recognized high-quality coffee producing area and the first production area protected by the government in Brazil. The coffee is grown in rich soil that the natives call “Red Earth”. This, combined with the area’s humid, hot summers and dry, comfortable winters are very suitable for coffee growth.
The bean used is a rare variety known as “Acaia”, which is 50% Bourbon and 50% Typica, and produces a a large, high-quality fruit. The production area has recently begun to appear in the COE Cup of Excellence competition. These beans produce a balanced, smooth brew with medium body, sweet cocoa and fruit notes, with a smooth nutty finish
