General Description:Guji is located next to the Yirgacheffe and Sidamo growing regions. When harvested the beans undergo what’s called a wine process, where the coffee bean cherries (fruit) is allowed to remain on the bean through their ripening process, allowing anaerobic fermentation, before being sun dried. “natural” . This results in a variety of fruit notes in addition to cocoa flavors.
