Taiwanese use the idea of a hammer (Twi A)to describe people who are straightforward and honest. Twi A is also an attitude that seeks perfection in coffee. We are always pursuing that goal!

We dig beneath the hard outer surface of the coffee bean to unearth unexpected aromas and tasting notes, especially floral and fruity ones, such as stone fruits, and honey.
